We have a rotating ‘Bake of the Month’ for most months of the year. For November, we took ordinary, seemly scones and made them so ‘scon-dalous’!

Zesty Lemon Peel scones are our tropical take on a British classic tea time snack. The tangy lemon peel bits break up the doughy taste of scones to make every mouth refreshing

‘Choc A lot’ ‘scon-nies’are birthed after scone and brownie gave each other a big, crushin’ HUG. We bring you the crunchy, well-baked exterior of a brownie, with the crumbly interior signature of a scone – the best of two comfort foods in one

Upping the tropical game a notch, we specially concocted a Pineapple Rum jam that will dance on your taste buds with the tangy flavours a perfect marriage of 70% rum alco*hok*

Scoring the scones to touchdown is the specially concocted Baileys spread that pairs so well with chocolate. The smooth and creamy aftertaste of this 40% alco will keep you dipping for more *heek*

- Scones (40-45g each, ~7cm across & ~2cm height)
- Spreads (~80g each)
- Keto version. Both scones and spread/jam can be cooked with monk fruit sweetener (substituting regular sugar). Suitable for weight watchers and most diabetics
