Welcome to Chefanie Bakes
Chef Steph has never really been good at studies, and getting through school in academics-focused Singapore was a struggle. Then, she found baking and its world extended its welcoming arms to her. It is like she found her footing in this big world.
Chef Steph has been working in the pastry industry for about 8 years, including 5 years in a top (pun intended) fine dining restaurant, and many types of companies ranging from a small patisserie to a five star hotel. She also won silver & gold at 2 international level competitions *flex*.
She has dreams of owning a nondescript and unpretentious shop dishing out her best-sellers to her regulars one day. She also has a heart of gold and wants to open a bakery version of a soup kitchen, to share the joy of eating desserts with the less privileged in our community.
